Simply because at the same time that they're becoming more and more reasonably priced, their processing power is growing to the point where these are as highly effective as personal computers through just a few in years past.

I have seen a lot of useful factors on your website about computers. However, I've got the impression that laptops are still more or less not powerful adequately to be a wise decision if you typically do tasks that require a great deal of power, including video editing. But for website surfing, microsoft word processing, and most other common computer functions they are just fine, provided you cannot mind the small screen size. Appreciate sharing your thinking.
