Planning a trip?

Booking a trip is the best time to get information, particularly when doing it through a travel agency. We can assist you with information on;
•    What hotels to stay at
•    When you should go
•    Where to eat
•    What sites to see

And international safety travel tips too! Contact your travel agent well in advance of your trip to secure the lowest-priced airline seats, hotel rooms and rental cars that usually sell out quickly for holiday travel. Be aware that prices generally escalate during the holiday season, as demand is higher.

Travel Insurance

At CWT Kenya we recommend Travel Insurance. There are a variety of travel insurance plans that you can choose from. For instance, there are travel insurance that can cover you for a single trip or insurance that will cover you for up to an entire year if you are the type that loves to travel. Unexpected emergencies can really put a damper on your trip if you are not well prepared. Do you really want to ruin your whole trip because you were unprepared?
Travel insurance is not just for airplane flights, you can also get coverage when taking a cruise. When going on a cruise it is important to have this insurance for many reasons. There is always a chance of a trip cancellation and with insurance you will not have to worry about this because you will be covered.

Travel delay/Flight cancellations

Travel Insurance covers financial loss and/or expenses incurred if your trip is cancelled or delayed because of unavoidable circumstances.

Medical and Emergency expenses

Travel insurance covers medical emergencies, accidents and treatments that may occur on a trip to a foreign country. Cost of air ambulance if required, cost of return of mortal remains or repatriation or cost of funeral where death occurs all these expenses are covered by your travel insurance.

Hospital Allowance

Travel Insurance covers expenses in case you are hospitalized as a direct result of an accident or illness covered under your policy.

Identification and Cash

Travel insurance is important if people’s passports and wallets are lost or stolen. The insurance helps travelers replace lost identification and get emergency cash.

Acts of Nature and Terrorism

Travel insurance covers money people lose if they have to evacuate their vacation location due to severe weather like hurricanes, typhoons or tsunamis. If travelers wish to cancel their trip because a terrorist attack occurred at the travel destination, travel insurance gives them a refund.

Personal Circumstances

Travel insurance refunds trips that have been canceled because of personal circumstances, such as illness
