BUNSON TRAVEL SERVICE
Bunson Travel Service Limited commenced its operations as the sole travel agent in Nairobi in the year, 1948 and was incorporated in 1950, and was the first Licensed Travel Agency by the International Air Transport Association (IATA) in the country. Further to this, we have been an honorary member of the Kenya Association of Travel Agents (KATA) from its inception in 1979.

Bunson was started with the objective of facilitating the travel arrangements for Students, who were travelling abroad to further their studies during the colonial period. Since then, we have been able to diversify our product portfolio, which has enabled us to grow. 

Our growth has been attributed to proactive service delivery, while enhancing the traveler experience for all our customers. Last year (2010) November, Bunson Travel Service celebrated 60 years of delivering a Customer Experience like no other, and World-Class Service that is second to none.
Bunson Travel Service Ltd Nairobi, has been an integral part of the Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT) Global Network since August 1999. Meaning that all our travelers can be assisted and receive local support in over 151 countries in over 3000 locations globally.
